Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone with an interest in running and fitness can join NRC. We welcome beginners, recreational runners, competitive athletes, seniors, and youth. Age and experience are not barriers—only the willingness to stay active and grow.
No prior experience is required. NRC supports members at all levels, from first-time runners to experienced athletes. Our community encourages gradual progress and mutual support.
NRC takes part in local runs, 5K and 10K races, half and full marathons, ultra marathons, trail runs, and ultratrail events. We also organize regular long runs and community fitness activities.
At present, NRC focuses on community running and participation in events. However, developing structured training programs and support for competitive and elite runners is part of our future vision and ongoing agenda.
You can join by contacting us through our website or social media platforms. Whether you want to run, volunteer, or support our initiatives, NRC welcomes you to be part of our running family.

The club is committed to promoting healthy living, building a strong running culture, nurturing local talent, and creating an inclusive community where people of all ages can grow, compete, and take pride in their achievements.
