Welcome to Nagaland Running Club (NRC). By joining NRC, participating in our activities, events, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

  • Members must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

  • NRC reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its discretion.

  • Members agree to uphold the values of discipline, respect, unity, and sportsmanship.

Participation in Activities & Events

NRC organizes and participates in:

  • Regular runs

  • Long runs

  • Fun runs

  • Competitive events

  • Community support initiatives

  • Environmental care activities

  • Health and social awareness programs

  • Youth and development initiatives

Participation in any activity is voluntary. Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

Health & Safety

  • Members participate at their own risk.

  • NRC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during training sessions, events, or community activities.

  • Members are encouraged to consult a medical professional before engaging in strenuous physical activity.

  • Participants must follow safety instructions provided during activities.

Code of Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Show respect to fellow members and the public.

  • Maintain discipline during events and activities.

  • Avoid abusive language, discrimination, or misconduct.

  • Represent NRC with integrity during competitive events.

  • Respect public property, stadium grounds, and community spaces.

Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Competitive Events

  • Participation in competitive races is voluntary.

  • NRC may provide guidance and coordination but does not guarantee podium finishes, sponsorships, or professional advancement.

  • Structured elite training programs may be introduced in the future as part of NRC’s development agenda.

Community & Environmental Initiatives

Members participating in:

  • Stadium cleaning

  • Grass trimming

  • Community support drives

  • Food distribution activities

  • Awareness campaigns

do so voluntarily and agree to act responsibly and respectfully during such initiatives.

Media & Photography Consent

By participating in NRC activities, members consent to:

  • Photographs and videos being taken during events.

  • Use of such media for promotional, social media, and website purposes.

Members may request removal of specific images by contacting NRC.

Membership Fees (If Applicable)

  • Any membership or event fees (if introduced) must be paid as specified.

  • Fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Website Use

Users of the NRC website agree:

  • Not to misuse website content.

  • Not to copy or distribute materials without permission.

  • To provide accurate information in contact and registration forms.

Amendments

NRC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
